Kodechi offers three engagement models. Which is right depends on how well-defined your scope is, how much you want to be involved, and whether the work is one-time or ongoing.
Best for well-defined scope. You know what you want to build; we quote a fixed price and timeline. If we underestimate, that's our risk. If you change scope, that's handled as a written change request. Payment milestones align with major deliverables.
Best for: Marketing websites, MVP builds with clear specs, mobile apps with agreed feature lists, defined-scope custom software.
Best for ongoing product work. You hire dedicated developers, designers, or a full pod who work exclusively on your project. Monthly billing. Easy to scale up or down. Feels like extending your in-house team.
Best for: Post-MVP product development, ongoing feature work, startups building over 6+ months, teams needing specialized skills without hiring in-house.
Best for evolving scope. Hourly billing with weekly time reports. You pay for actual work done. Good for smaller engagements or when requirements will evolve as you learn.

Software projects have huge scope variance. A 'website' can mean a 5-page marketing site or a 50-page corporate portal with integrations. A 'mobile app' can mean an MVP with 8 screens or an enterprise app with 60 screens and 15 integrations. Ranges reflect this reality.
Not the cheapest. We're mid-market — priced above body-shop staffing but below Delhi's largest agencies. The differentiation is quality: senior engineers, not junior contractors billed at senior rates.
Occasionally, for compelling early-stage startups where we believe in the founders. Standard pricing applies most of the time. We don't do equity-only work.
We don't sign broad non-competes that would prevent us from working with other companies in the same industry. We do sign strict NDAs that protect your specific IP, trade secrets, and business information.
Fine. Fixed-price projects can transition to dedicated team model post-launch for ongoing work. Dedicated team engagements can convert to time-and-materials for specific short assignments. Contracts are updated in writing.
